2. Eligibility

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our website, APIs, and data downloads only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Cite DataConnectProUSA as a data source in reports, research, or analysis.

Use premium datasets internally within your organization in accordance with the applicable data license.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or re-publish any premium dataset outside your organization without written permission.

Use our services to build a competing data-aggregation platform.

Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Platform or its APIs.

Remove attribution, source links, or timestamps from datasets.

4. Data Sources & Ownership

All job listings and datasets on DataConnectProUSA are derived from publicly available information released by employers or official APIs under fair-use and open-data principles.

Each record includes its original source URL and timestamp for traceability.

DataConnectProUSA does not claim ownership of the original job postings.

The curated datasets, structures, and compilation are intellectual property owned by DataConnectProUSA and protected by copyright law.

5. Premium Datasets & Payments

Access to premium or downloadable datasets may require payment.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or other authorized payment processors.

Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout.

By purchasing, you agree to the Data License Agreement provided at the point of sale.

Payments are non-refundable once datasets have been downloaded, unless otherwise required by law.

6. User Accounts

Creating an account enables you to save searches, receive job alerts, and access premium datasets.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) from users.

Any email addresses provided for alerts or communication are used solely to deliver requested updates or support.

Use of the API is subject to:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any dataset.
DataConnectProUSA is not affiliated with any employer listed, and inclusion of an employer’s data does not imply endorsement.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DataConnectProUSA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) for premium services within the previous 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who:

Violates these Terms,

Abuses or misuses the Platform, or

Engages in activities harmful to our systems or users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases, but sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive.
